Special Category Data

Nestly processes health data, which is classified as special category data under GDPR and UK GDPR. This data is processed only with your explicit consent, which you provide during onboarding. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of all health data at any time from your account settings.

Children's Data

Nestly is designed for parents and professionals to manage data about children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). All children's data is owned by the parent or legal guardian. Nestly does not permit children to create accounts directly. Access to children's data by schools and health specialists requires explicit parental consent and is governed by granular permission controls.
