Nestly™ is operated by Nestly Technologies Ltd. We are the data controller for the information you provide through the platform.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the family and child information you enter, and basic usage data needed to run the service. Children do not create accounts; all child data is entered by the verified adult account holder.
How we use it
To provide the service, coordinate care between the people you authorise, send you notifications you've opted into, and keep the platform secure. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA and PECR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time, and withdraw consent for any data sharing.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls and audit trails.
